1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of GTS APPSTORE, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Services

Our software is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. License Grant

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the subscribed software for your business purposes. The license is valid for the subscription period and is subject to domain binding as specified.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via Paystack. All fees are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not: redistribute, resell, or share your license; reverse engineer our software; use the software for illegal purposes; or circumvent our licensing system.

6. Support

Technical support is provided as part of your subscription. Support levels may vary by plan. We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 business hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

GTS APPSTORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes.
